What we cover

Network monitoring. Continuous oversight of routers, switches, firewalls, cloud gateways, WAN circuits and endpoints. We track bandwidth, latency, CPU, memory, interface errors and packet loss to spot trouble early. Routine issues are resolved automatically where appropriate; complex ones get hands-on remediation and root cause analysis.

24/7 service desk. Real engineers, not scripts, available day and night via phone, email or secure portal. Most issues are resolved on first contact, with intelligent triage by business impact and smooth escalation to field engineers when on-site work is needed.

Server management. 24x7 oversight of Windows and Linux platforms, VMware and Hyper-V environments, and cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS and hybrid deployments, covering performance, service availability, backup integrity and patching.

Cloud monitoring. Oversight of virtual machines, storage, databases, networking and cloud-native services, with attention to security posture, cost and availability.

Connectivity monitoring. We watch leased lines, broadband, 4G and 5G backup and SD-WAN overlays for availability and performance, coordinating with providers to expedite fault resolution.

Our engineers have deep, hands-on expertise across the platforms most UK businesses rely on: Cisco Catalyst, ISR and ASR, plus ASA and Firepower firewalls; Cisco Meraki across MX, MS, MR and MV; Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and SD-WAN; Ubiquiti UniFi; and Aruba wired and wireless with ClearPass. We handle configuration, firmware lifecycle, monitoring and fault resolution across all of them.
